TableRock Capital

Since March 2024 I'm in 3 deals with Tablerock Capital and so far it's been a good experience. When most of my multifamily deals were not performing, Tablerock's deals were distributing cash flow (only one recently suspended a distribution which I expect them to restart next quarter). They acquire the properties at an attractive cost basis. The investor relations is transparent and responsive. I like the one on one portfolio review they do which makes you feel that you're not just another investor. The quarterly report is one of the best I've seen where it cuts out all the unnecessary noise and tells you what you need to know. Overall I'm happy with my investments with TableRock Capital and they have a good team.
