The Blueline team has been A+ to work with. I can tell that they are thoughtful stewards of my investment and that they operate at an extreme level of integrity and discipline. Communication has been the best I have ever experienced. Returns and distributions have met or exceeded my expectations. I'm very happy to have found these operators and will be reinvesting.

I’ve had a great experience investing with Blue Line Ventures. One of the things I respect most about their team is the discipline they have around their investment criteria. They have a very specific buy box, and they stick to it, even when that means walking away from a deal late in the process if something is discovered that falls outside of their parameters. As an investor, that gives me a lot of confidence. They aren’t trying to force deals across the finish line just because they’ve already invested time or money into them. They remain disciplined and focused on protecting their investors’ capital. Early on, I saw this firsthand when a deal was fairly far along and they ultimately decided not to move forward. Rather than passing the costs associated with that deal on to the fund, they covered those expenses themselves. That really stood out to me and demonstrated that they take being good stewards of their investors’ money seriously. Communication has also been excellent throughout my experience with them. They’ve been transparent, responsive, and consistent, and distributions have always been paid on time. Overall, I’ve been very impressed with the way Blue Line Ventures operates. Their discipline, communication, and willingness to put their investors’ interests first are exactly what I look for in a fund manager.

I’ve been very impressed with the BlueLine team and have a high degree of confidence in the way they approach both investing and operating businesses. I’ve known several of the sponsors for more than five years and have developed a great deal of respect for their integrity, judgment, and experience as leaders. Early on, I was a little frustrated that they weren’t acquiring businesses as quickly as I expected, but that ultimately increased my confidence in the team because they stayed disciplined and didn’t force deals outside their buy box. I visited one of their early acquisitions and heard directly from the seller and his team how impressed they were with the way BlueLine operated and executed throughout the process. Communication and reporting have been excellent, and distributions have been consistent. Overall, I’ve found them to be thoughtful, disciplined operators who genuinely value their investors.

They've been timely with reporting and tax documents, and distributions are performing well.
