Nothing but good things to say about VonFinch
I needed some dependable monthly income and was willing to sacrifice some upside potential for stable day one income. The VonFinch Fixed-Income Private Debt Fund has provided monthly payments on time, every time, and for the agreed upon amount. What really sold me was the fact that they back the fund with their portfolio. While nothing is guaranteed, this greatly reduces the risk to the investor. Recently I invested in their Copper Portfolio in a preferred return position. A little more risk, a little less initial initial cash flow, but a higher total return potential. I received my first quarterly distribution on time for the amount expected. VonFinch has a good track record and I really like the fact that regardless of your appetite for risk vs reward, they typically have an investment that delivers to your expectations. Let them know where you want to be in the capital stack and they likely have something of interest. Communication with Steven and Jed has been exceptional, which is extremely important to me.
Great experiences with Timberview Capital
I was a little leery of Timberview Capital due to the large number and variety of investments they offer. However, I finally made a small investment through them in 2024 and have since made two more. All three of the investments have been performing as expected, and I plan to invest through Timberview again in the near future. They provide a lot of free information on the website and are very responsive to phone calls and emails when I have questions.
